N. LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Maj. Gen. Mark Berry escorted state leadership on a flyover over areas affect by historic flooding from the Arkansas River on May 30, 2019.

Members of the delegation included the Governor Asa Hutchinson, Senator John Boozman, Senator Tom Cotton, Representative Rick Crawford, and Representative Steve Womack.

The delegation flew from Little Rock to Fort Smith, Arkansas and conducted a press conference in downtown Fort Smith upon arrival.
