    Instituted in 1985 by President Reagan, the Commander in Chief’s (CINC) Installation Excellence Award (IEA) recognizes the outstanding men & women who operate and maintain our military installations across the world. In January 2019, site visits took place at Ramstein AB, Germany and McConnell AFB, KS – the two Air Force finalists.
