Mary Madden is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, geotechnical engineer and a part of the Kansas City District's Mobile Liaison team. During a flood fight, the Mobile Liaison teams act as the District's eyes on the ground at each of the affected levees. Mary shares her what it's like to work with the communities out in the field.
