The 1st Brigade Engineers, 102d Training Division, conducted a 12H Construction Engineering Supervisor Advanced Leaders Course recently at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. This course is made up of plumbers, electricians and carpenters that will get the basics of the other disciplines and information on good project management so that they can return to their units ready to take on supervisor positions.
