U.S. Army Soldiers with 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division participated in a multinational operation to cross the Danube river (Wet Gap Crossing), as the culminating event of Saber Guardian 2019, at Bordusani, Romania, June 20-22, 2019. Exercises such as Saber Guardian continues to increase participating nations’ readiness and capacity to conduct full spectrum military operations.
