The fifth event of the Army Combat Fitness Test is The Leg Tuck. It assesses grip strength, shoulder adduction and flexion, elbow flexion and hip flexion. The Arkansas Army National Guard has made the preparations to ready every Soldier throughout the state to conduct the new physical fitness test.
If you've ever tried to climb a wall or climbed a ladder or rope then you've used the muscle groups it takes to do a leg tuck.
