Soldiers attending the Budget Analysts course bring a wide range of experience from across the 54 states and territories where they can train together and develop networks that strengthen the National Guard's fiscal fortitude. ARNG Budget Analyst course provides functional training for Activity Managers and Budget Analysts regarding duties and responsibilities, basic government budget fundamentals, maintaining and reconciling accounts and funds, and key legal administrative fund controls. The Resource Management Training Center course, held at the Professional Education Center on Camp Robinson Maneuver Training Center, North Little Rock, Ark., July 15 - 19, 2019, is mandatory training.
