Soldiers of the 928th Medical Company Area Support, Colorado, and Marines from the Combat Logistics Regiment 45, Landing Support Detachment 1, Puerto Rico, conducted a joint mass casualty training exercise during Northern Strike 19—July 25th, 2019. The mass casualty training exercise is meant to test the unit’s ability to respond to an influx of combat wounded patients while deployed.
