190805-A-DS579-0001 SAN JOSE, Guatemala (August 5, 2019) -- Guatemalan military medical personnel treat soldiers with simulated injuries during a mass casualty drill, during a subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) with the U.S. Navy medical engagement team (MET), as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2019. SPS is an annual series of U.S. Navy deployments focused on exchanges with regional partner nation militaries and security forces.
