Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Inf. Brigade Combat Team, 25th Inf. Division from, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, and the 3rd Battalion Fiji Infantry Regiment from the Republic of Fiji Military Forces, train in urban combat techniques in Savusavu, Fiji, Aug. 1-9, 2019 during Exercise Cartwheel. Exercise Cartwheel is a U.S. Army Pacific sponsored military training, and community engagement event under the Pacific Pathways program. The exercise demonstrates the U.S. Army’s enduring commitments to Fiji, and promotes cooperation and interoperability with our partners in a free and open Indo-Pacific.
