Shared Accord is a multinational exercise that brought together U.S. and Rwandan forces, other African partner militaries, allies, and international organizations to increase readiness, interoperability, and partnership building to aid in peacekeeping operations in the Central African Republic. As part of this year's exercise, American soldiers taught their Rwandan Defence Force counterparts battlefield medical techniques in a Tactical Combat Casualty Care exercise. Part 1 of 3 part series.
