Members of the North Carolina Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (NCHART) train together on August 20, 2019 in preparation of hurricane season. The team is made up of members of several city and state agencies along with the Bravo Company 2-151 Aviation Detachment of the North Carolina Army National Guard. They collaborate quarterly on rescue operations. NCHART trains on a quarterly basis in various skills ranging from swiftwater/flood rescue to high angle and wilderness rescue.
