A new building opened that will serve as a technology collaboration along with an announcement of a cyber education plan among Fort Hood’s academic, community, and industry partners, Aug. 28th. The Army Test and Evaluation Command’s Technology Integration Center (ATIC) was dedicated to the memory of Arthur “Art” Roy Woods III, a member of the equipment testing Hall of Fame at the Operational Test Command Center. Woods was committed to putting the best possible battlefield equipment into the hands of Soldiers.
