The 1st Combat Camera Squadron (1CTCS) is a tenant unit at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. It is the only active duty Combat Camera (COMCAM) unit in the Air Force. The COMCAM mission to provide the President of the United States, Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Unified Combatant Commands, and the Air Force by providing a targeted imagery capability in the air and on the ground, while shaping the information environment during worldwide crises, contingencies, exercises, and war.
