The MEPS Guidance Counselor course gives Soldiers the skills to help recruiters and ensure enlistees have a contract that benefits their career in the Army National Guard. SFC Gregg Krizmanich, hometown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a Guidance Counselor at the Las Vegas MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station) in Nevada, Nevada Army National Guard, describes how the knowledge of his peers reinforced his classroom instruction.
