Soldiers from all over the West Virginia Army National Guard participated in level two training for the new Army Combat Fitness Test Aug. 26-28, 2019, at Camp Dawson in Kingwood, W.Va.
The level two training is designed to teach Soldiers the details of each event, from proper postures to how to grade the actual event.
Every Soldier was given the opportunity to participate and be a grader in the ACFT. This training is part of the U.S. Army and The National Guard initiatives to prepare units for the new test, as it will begin implementation in October 2019, phasing out the current Army Physical Fitness Test.
