U.S. Airmen from the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Flight, conduct Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) training. Their portion of RADR is Rapid Hazard Explosive Mitigation or RHEM.
