1st Qwat al-Khasah’s Special Mission Company, an elite Iraqi Ministry of Defense force, conducted its first joint mission with Coalition Special Operation Forces in Tarmiyah, Iraq, Nov. 23, 2019. The QK SMC-led clearance operation targeted two Daesh bed-down locations to deny the terrorist group safe haven. The Coalition is in Iraq at the invitation of the government of Iraq, and we continue to support them at their request. (U.S. Army b-roll by Sgt. Alec Dionne)
