As United States Marines, we accomplish the mission in air, on land, and at sea, but our mission at home doesn’t go unnoticed. We are thankful for the soldiers at the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point veterinarian clinic for taking care of our four-legged family members. They also keep our military working dogs healthy and ready to deploy, just as the sailors at the Naval Heath Clinic keep us in the fight. The U.S. Army military occupation specialty (MOS) 68T entails taking care of military working dogs, privately owned pets of active duty and reserve service members, and retirees.
Here’s a look at SSg Rivera’s favorite part of working at the veterinarian clinic.
