U.S. Marines with 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division and Bridge Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group conduct a Wet Gap Crossing during Steel Knight 2020 at the Colorado River, Arizona, Dec. 10, 2019. Practicing the Wet Gap Crossing enhances the mobility of the United States Armed Forces by projecting elements across obstacles, wet or dry, ensuring forces in the future have assured mobility.
