As of January 1st, 2020, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton will allow qualifying former military personnel and their caregivers access to the installation. To obtain base access veterans and caregivers must go to the Visitor’s Center located next to the MCB Camp Pendleton Main Gate with a Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC), for caretakers present an official caretaker authorization letter from veteran affairs. Once all neccessary registration has been completed said personnel will be able to shop at the on base Commissary and Exchanges.
