Soldiers with the Nebraska Army National Guard’s 110th Multifunctional Medical Battalion gathered one last time for the official Casing of the Colors ceremony, signifying the deactivation of the unit, Dec. 14, 2019, at Army Aviation Support Facility No. 1, in Lincoln, Nebraska. With more than 100 years of history, the unit participated in World War I, World War II and the War on Terrorism, including two mobilizations to Iraq in 2003 and 2007-2008.
