A KC-135 Stratotanker from the 128th Air Refueling Wing and F-16s from the 148th Fighter Wing partnered to show area employers how they work together to refuel the F-16s during a training flight. Boss Lifts are a tool the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) can utilize for employer outreach and to bridge the gap between civilian companies employing part-time military personnel.
