Navy mass communication specialists (MC) assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations participate in the Navy Public Affairs Support Element Japan’s 2019 Far-East Shoot Off (FES) in Kamakura, Japan. The 2019 FES provided MCs an opportunity to collaborate with neighboring commands, explore their local communities, and build their storytelling skills.
