Djibouti Minister of Labor Isman Ibrahim Robleh and his staff, Abdallah Ali Mohamed, Secretary General; Ibrahim Abdouraham Ibrahim, Chief of Professional Development; Mahmoud Omar Guelleh, Director, National Agency of Training and Professional Placement; Abdi Farah Idleh, Inspector General of Labor; Ikram Awaleh Farah, Director of Labor; and Kadir Omar Kalinleh, Conseille Technique, conduct a site visit to Camp Lemonnier Djibouti (CLDJ) Feb. 3, 2020. CLDJ is one of the largest employers in Djibouti, employing approximately 1,000 Djiboutians and spending more than $10 million annually on local products and services. Also in attendance is Larry Edward Andre, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Djibouti, Maj Gen. Michael D. Turello, commanding general of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, and Capt. Kenneth Crowe, commanding officer of CLDJ. CLDJ is responsible for protecting U.S. interests and improving
