U.S. Air Force aircraft maintainers and aircrew members from the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW), Georgia Air National Guard, and active duty 461st ACW, prepare to launch an E-8C Joint STARS on a rainy day at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, Feb. 20, 2020.
