Small teams of technicians from the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency's Medical Maintenance Operations Division visit National Guard units across the country to help ensure medical equipment for the units of part-time Soldiers is ready to go at a moment’s notice. In addition to Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania, USAMMA’s MMOD operates at the Defense Distribution Center in Tracy, Calif., and Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
