A team of medical professionals from the Expeditionary Medical Facility New Orleans Detachment arrive at the Baton Rouge General School of Nursing for familiarization training and competency evaluation before integrating with civilian medical providers in support of the Department of Defense COVID-19 response April 14, 2020. The team coordinates closely with state, local, and public health authorities to ensure the well-being of their personnel and the local population. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, is providing military support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help communities in need. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Daniel R.
