According to a new study by researchers from Harvard and Yale, we have the ability to change our stress mentality and modify how we feel and behave while we are under pressure. The authors of the study described two stress mentalities: a stress-debilitating mindset — when you see stress as a big setback — and a stress-enhancing mindset, when you see stress as an opportunity for learning and development. In this video I try to share tips on changing our mindset to prepare the us to deal with the stress of teleworking and COVID19.
