Synopsis
While we focus on our common fight against COVID-19, NATO’s ability to conduct operations has not been undermined. Our forces remain ready, and our crucial work goes on. Throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, NATO enhanced Forward Presence battlegroups are maintaining readiness. At Ādaži military training base in Latvia the multinational battlegroup continues to train and operate by conducting exercises such as Crystal Arrow and Iron Spear. While training, soldiers take every precaution to limit the potential spread of COVID-19.
