Aaron Lefton, chief of operations of the Unified Command, assigned to the 53rd Troop Command, talks about the creation of the Javits New York Medical Station Unified Command and the efforts of the multi-agencies to sustain the medical station, New York, N.Y., April 30, 2020. The command is supporting over 2,700 military and civilian staff working at Javits and in New York City hospitals. As of May 1, 1,095 patients have been treated at the Javits Medical Station.
