The 353rd Special Operations Group stood up a chemical aircraft survivability barrier (CASB) on Kadena Air Base, Japan, April 21, 2020, to address the challenge of COVID-19 and to demonstrate the process patient transport while maintaining aircrew and medical staff safety.
