Special Operations Forces (SOF) wounded warriors take part in the USSOCOM Warrior Games Selection Camp at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, in March 2020. The camp allows participants to trysports that are part of the 2020 DoD Warrior Games, which includes: cycling, shooting, archery, indoor rowing, golf, powerlifting, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, seated volleyball, track, field and swimming. Military Adaptive Sports not only exposesthe athlete to a sport they may have never considered, but increases interest and participation in other sporting activities, which can enhance their recovery process.
