Under guidance from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and monitored by CDC officials, Pennsylvania National Guard members with Task Force Ghostrider launched a point prevalence sampling strike team at Lancashire Hall Nursing and Rehab Center in Lancaster, Pa., on May 19, 2020. The mission is designed to identify possible risks of exposure to COVID-19 by testing the entire staff and residents for the virus. This is the first in the pilot program that will reach out across the state.
