Warrior Medics, we are being challenged by an enemy that is a threat to our force. That enemy is suicide. Soldiers are dying and their families are suffering. The Army Reserve family is experiencing an alarming increase in Soldier suicides and we need to stop the loss of valuable lives. This year we have faced unanticipated challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic and widespread civil unrest. It is a difficult time for everyone. Every member of our team needs to pause. We need to assure we are actively listening to those we serve with every day and we also need to reach out to those we do not see regularly.
