    28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade

    U.S. Army Col. Howard Lloyd, commander of the 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, answers questions from the brigade's Family Readiness Group. Lloyd also introduces leaders from the brigade, including the surgeon and chaplain, who are resources for our Soldiers while we are deployed.
