We’ve seen the effects of COVID-19 and the current social climate in our country on Airmen and their families during the first half of 2020. Stop-Movement orders have resulted in financial hardships. Civilian spouses have lost employment, childcare options, and some of our family members and fellow Airmen have even fallen ill and have passed on. Our retirees and their spouses are at the greatest risk during this pandemic given their age and possible complicating conditions.
