Following an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Las Vegas with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) arrested 13 members and associates of La Mara Salvatrucha, also known as MS-13, a transnational criminal organization, yesterday based on indictments unsealed in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
