PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- 5-year-old Wilder Umbarger and his family visited the 302nd Airlift Wing to tour a C-130 Hercules aircraft July 30, 2020. After seeing the Blue Angels perform in Michigan, Wilder fell in love with airplanes and wanted to see a real plane and meet a pilot. As Wilder struggles with a terminal illness, X-Linked Adrenoleukodystrophy, his wish was granted through the Make-a-Wish Foundation, who brought Wilder and his family to Colorado Springs from Broomfield, Colo. (U.S. Air Force video by Tech. Sgt. Tiffany Lundberg and Laura Turner)
