Many hours are spent training by those striving to be a base honor guard ceremonial guardsman on Ramstein Air base, Germany, July 2020. Visitors and new recruits must learn basic movements and procedures before being tested, and eventually becoming full members capable of performing official ceremonies.
Members claim the benefits include a sense of honor serving our fallen heroes, personal growth, opportunity to travel, and camaraderie within the guard.
