Juron Toliver, a behavioral health specialist and member of a behavioral health team assigned to support COVID-19 operations at Val Verde Regional Medical Center in Del Rio, Texas, discusses his role in encouraging resiliency for medical providers Aug. 24, 2020. The medical providers, a team of Sailors assigned to Rural Rapid Response Team One, are providing support to hospital staff. The behavioral health team provides activities to help the Sailors manage stress and relax.
