Members of the 393rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, support a Bomber Task Force deployment at Naval Support Facility Diego Garcia, Aug. 2020. They deployed along with part of the Whiteman AFB B-2 Spirit fleet to test the readiness of the Airmen and equipment that support it, as well as their collective ability to operate in the Into-Pacific Region. U.S. Strategic Command routinely conducts such operations across the globe to demonstrate U.S. commitment to collective defense as these aircraft, Airmen and key support equipment integrate with Geographic Combatant Command operations and activities.
