1st Sgt. Yadriana Kavitz is the senior enlisted leader of the Headquarters and
Headquarters Company, 3rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command. Kavitz was recently awarded the Sgt. Maj. Larry Strickland Educational Leadership award in Oct. 2020 for her volunteer work as a board member in the You Artistry Collaborative program and for the creation of a program that provides Soldiers the ability to pursue their certification of apprenticeship.
