Col. Eric Riley, commander of the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Oregon Army National Guard, and Col. Derek Adams, commander of Regional Command-East for the KFOR28 rotation, deliver a message to KFOR 27 and 28 after the transfer of authority ceremony on Nov. 15, 2020, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Riley will transfer authority to Adams who will command the 28th rotation of KFOR. RC-East consists of troops from the U.S. Army, NATO partners and ally nations, and RC-East is charged with ensuring freedom of movement and the safety of all the people of Kosovo.
