B-roll of Tae Bo creator Billy Blanks visits LSA Anaconda and gives three workout sessions to service members. Starts with interviews: Marine Lance Corporal Matthew Nateau and Army Master Sergeant Deborah Brown talk about the opportunity to meet Mr. Blanks and what they expect from the workout. Billy Blanks (from Sherman Oaks, CA) talks about spending time with troops in Iraq, previous visits to troops, getting the chance to express his thanks - says soldiers are heroes. He met with troops and told them to encourage each other. Says its awesome being in the war zone and seeing the things young people do - that todays youths are saving our world. Talks about the power of riding in planes and helicopters, meeting with a general, and not taking the armed forces for granted. Instructor Shellie Cimarsti (Blanks stepdaughter, also from Sherman Oaks, CA) talks about sharing Tae Bo and spending time with troops, and how the workouts went at LSA Anaconda. B-roll: autograph session followed by photo opportunities. Blanks and Cimarsti lead a group in push ups and stretching. The Tae Bo workout has many scenes of service members following Blanks in the high-energy routine - he gives personal instruction to many troops. After, Blanks gives motivational talk to the group.
