The United Service Organization (USO) recognized U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Nolan McShane, platoon sergeant, 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, as the USO Service Member of the Year, at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 17, 2020.
