U.S. Air Force airmen assigned to the 446th Force Support Squadron hoist up a Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen (SPEK) during training on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, Aug. 13, 2020. The four-hour exercise tested the speed and efficiency of the Air Force Reservists to set up and tear down the tent-based field kitchen that can provide 550 Airmen with three hot daily meals.
