Air National Guard Capt Travis Carlson, a KC-135 Stratotanker pilot assigned to the 506th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, details today’s support to the combat air force large force employment exercise during Exercise Cope North 21, February 18, 2021. The goal of Cope North 21 is to improve combat readiness, develop integrated humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations, and increase interoperability of U.S. Forces, Royal Australian Air Force and Japan Air Self-Defense Force, or Koku-Jieitai.
