Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force JoAnne Bass visited Team Scott Feb. 16 and 17, 2021, to discuss a multitude of topics with Airmen across all ranks and many specialties. As the highest enlisted member serving in the Air Force, and the 19th chief master sergeant appointed as CMSAF, Bass provides direction for the enlisted force and represents their interests, as appropriate, to the American public and to those in all levels of government. Bass also serves as the personal adviser to the Chief of Staff and the Secretary of the Air Force for all matters encompassing welfare, readiness, morale, and proper utilization and progress for the more than 600,000 Airmen serving within the active duty, guard and reserve force.
