Petty Officer 1st Class Juan Beltre, Leading Petty Officer at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Far East detachment, talks about how they help qualify a ship for deployment with Certification Exercise 2021 (CERTEX 2021) on Naval Base White Beach on Okinawa, Japan, Feb. 6, 2021. The PMRF uses remote controlled speed boats to tow targets, which are used for target practice by aircraft from the USS America (LHA 6).
